Individuals living within zip codes 64050 thru 64057 within the city limits of Independence Missouri who are homebound, handicapped, elderly, convalescing from a recent hospital stay, or otherwise have limited ability to prepare meals for themselves.
What is the cost
Current (as of 2026) price of a meal is $5.00. Subsidy is available based upon income criteria provided by Federal guidelines. Subsidy, if any, will be determined by income verification.
