At the start of every year, Independence Meals on Wheels faces a significant budget shortfall. But we have consistently benefited from donations and grants to help us overcome this deficit. We recently obtained some good news as we look ahead to 2024. Namely, we will receive partial funding via a grant from the Truman Heartland Community Foundation (THCF). This is great news and we appreciate being among the many not for profit organizations that receive assistance from THCF!
